This policy explains what data The Long Co. (“we”, “us”) collects when you use longco.ai and LongBot, and how we handle it.

What we collect

Email address — when you join the waitlist or create an account.
Account information — details you provide when setting up and using your account, such as your name and plan.
Coinbase API keys — only if you choose to connect your Coinbase account so LongBot can place trades you have authorized.

How we store it

Your email and account information are kept with our hosting and email service providers, which process data on our behalf. Coinbase API keys are used only to run LongBot on your account.

We recommend creating a key with only the permissions LongBot needs and without withdrawal access. You can revoke the key in Coinbase at any time, which immediately ends our access. We do not take custody of your funds.

We never sell your data

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share data only with service providers that help us run the product, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to unsubscribe from emails, at any time by contacting us below.
